Bonkers is interviewed on Nosegasm!

A while back, Toronto-based Bonkers reader and fellow blogger Gil Segev dropped me a line to ask if I would care to take part in a Q & A session he was hosting on his blog, Nosegasm. I was very happy to do so - the questions were fun and thought provoking in equal measure, touching on the themes of blogging specifically, and my perfume hobby more generally.

I think I am the third interviewee to appear, and my answers are up today...Hop over here to read the full interview.

Cool interview. I've learnt a few things about you :)
I'm totally with you on the Wordpress...I do actually have (and pay) a web host AND own the .com but couldn't work out how to do the transfer.

That was a delightful interview.
And, I do agree that one of the treasures of 'perfuming' is the people that you meet. They are the best!
I I do enjoy your writing style--I have laughed aloud many times.
By the way, your hair looks great!

Hi Sabine,

Haha - glad you enjoyed it. I tried to imagine what the new things were.

Totally agree that knowing what to do to 'port' the blog over is a key stumbling block.

Really enjoyed reading your answers. ;) I'm definitely with you on Wordpress, have you ever thought about getting your own domain name and moving??
By the way, Black & Decker Dustbuster is a great gadget.

Hi Yuki,

So sorry for the delay in replying - the very thing I said one shouldn't do in my interview! But things slipped through the cracks a bit while I was away. I have thought of moving to bonkersaboutperfume.com, which I used to own indeed, but chickened out in the end, because I don't know much about the mechanics of porting blogs and feared I would lose what little SEO value I had in the blogosphere by starting again from scratch?

Glad you like the Dustbuster, haha!
