Bonkers is interviewed on Nosegasm!

A while back, Toronto-based Bonkers reader and fellow blogger Gil Segev dropped me a line to ask if I would care to take part in a Q & A session he was hosting on his blog, Nosegasm. I was very happy to do so - the questions were fun and thought provoking in equal measure, touching on the themes of blogging specifically, and my perfume hobby more generally.

So sorry for the delay in replying - the very thing I said one shouldn't do in my interview! But things slipped through the cracks a bit while I was away. I have thought of moving to bonkersaboutperfume.com, which I used to own indeed, but chickened out in the end, because I don't know much about the mechanics of porting blogs and feared I would lose what little SEO value I had in the blogosphere by starting again from scratch?

I am an independent market researcher, specialising in industrial product sectors, who was struck down in early 2008 by 'sudden onset perfume mania'. 18 months later I took up blogging as a family-friendly outlet for the oddball ramblings prompted by this newfound interest in fragrance - and by my travels generally.

I was a finalist in The Fragrance Foundation's 2015 Jasmine Awards with an entry entitled: "Men and (wet) sheds: dipping into The Library of Fragrance in a focus group down the pub".
